Hi! I’m Dariella Gonitzke, a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, functional medicine practitioner, and the founder of Saravita Nutrition. Due to hormonal imbalances in my younger years, weight was always an issue for me. I was very active and careful with my diet which helped me manage it. But then I hit my late 30's and everything changed. Despite a healthy diet and active lifestyle, perimenopause caused stubborn weight gain and fatigue. That’s when I decided to dig deeper and reclaim my health.

That’s why I create this challenge. During our 5 days together, we’re going to uncover some of the underlying causes of weight loss resistance that so many women in perimenopause struggle with.
